2. Out cutomer service  will then issue an RMA Number for your request.

3. Clearly write the RMA Number on the package as all packages returned without an authorized RMA Number will be refused.

5. Exchange orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days after the returned package has been received. 

6. Returns for refund will be processed 3-5 business days after receipt of the return. 

7. Refunds will be made through the original payment method.

8. All shipping costs will be the customer's responsibilty.

NOTE: While we do our best to expedite the refund process.The RMA number must be marked on the outside of the package containing the returned product to be accepted. There will be no refunds on shipping for any reason.
